Subject: Highly Disappointed behavioral issues with Credit-Manager and unrealistic delay in home loan(Home Loan File No. 617382471).
With above said file number, I want to inform all of you that I am highly disappointed from HDFC Bank which I supposed to be #1 baking organization in India. As I was supposed to purchase home before Diwali, so I applied for Home Loan with your bank believing the fastest process compared with other banks as advertised by you. I submit a loan application on 14th Oct, 2015. As I was already disappointed from unrealistic delay.
After a several followups, today(5 Nov, 2015) I finally meet with your credit manager.
I believe the manager started asking highly unrelated questions intentionally for around one and half hour. Before leaving the seat, it was clear from his attitude that he is going to decline the application on personal behalf. Today I got an email from manager regarding rejection of my application, he also explained 6 reasons in favour of rejection. 5 out of those 6 reasons are absolutely wrong.
As I have already wasted a lot of time with your bank. I would like to cancel all of my / my companies' relationship with your bank upon unsatisfactory reply.
