HDFC will not take of it's existing customer and also their sales executives was lay. They told me bank will provide you an corporate discount on processing fee but till not given by bank and till my hdfc sales executives telling bank will provide you definitely, and till I am waiting for.
HDFC bank does not reduce home loan interest rent as compare to other bank. RBI was reduced interest rate by 1.25% and hdfc will reduced it for me 0.35% only. Now my interest rate is 9.70 and other bank will give loan in 9.40 to 9.50 rate of interest. I will not be happy with hdfc bank and never recommend to any one in the future. I am also looking for another bank.
