If u have to buy my home on a particular year I would have wait for my investment or I must planned my investment.
Loan is my last option never make loan as your first preference because whenever you buy a home on loan then that home is not your until and unless you pay the loan. so whats the deal stay at the same place where you were living earlier. whats the big deal.
I don, t understand people wait for a festive for loan OK at one point you may think the rate of interest will be low. But the point is it will never e 0.
I believe work hard to pay it. Get your home in installment rather than loan.
Loan is like a burden on family, I will never prefer it.
