Taking a Home loan or any other Loan is easy, but to handle to it properly for a longer period of time is something difficult. Every person must think very carefully before taking Such time of loans. According to my experience below are the following tips for taking aHome loans as below:-

• All of 1st it is very Important to select a falt or property as per the mind set Budget. We should not make our feet longer than our Chaddar. By doing this we can be Mentally peace & bank statement also will be fit all the times.

  
  




• Try to select the Builder have a good reputation in market, by doing this we would be able to get a good flat but Keep eye on Budget all the time.

  
  




• Maximum Banks provides 80% Loan of the Property value, so 20% we would have to make at our own pocket. So Plan accordingly

  
  




• Try to select Nationalized banks for taking Loan due to Lower ROi's+ No Hidden charges, as some of the private banks have higher ROI's+ Hidden charges as well.

  
  




• Always select Ready to move in flat for avoiding Rent loads on your Pocket. Max cases people feeds both Loan Emi's & Rent also
