If you do little exercise on home loan then you can take maximum loan amount for your dream home. just do the following things carefully while you planning to take home loan:
1) must fill application form jointly with spouse or sibling or parents
2) club your income with coapplicant
3) pay your all the small loans like credit card, consumer loan or any short terms loan before applying home loan so that your eligibility will enhance
4) show / include rental income if any
5) show FDs / Insurance if any
6) show any long terms investments
7) request your employer for less deduction of PF(now is possible less than 12% contribution)
8) include all NOC that has already paid or settle with different banks / nbfc for loans
