Please advice which is the best bank for home loan

I have 2 options either to go with HDFC or PNB. PNB is offering an interest rate of 11.00% fixed for 10 yrs and on the other hand HDFC has interest rate of 10.5% variable.

Not sure which one to go for.

The flat/project is approved by both the banks.

Kindly advice.
