I had done a booking yesterday for a cab today morning 3.30am from Mira Road to domestic airport, booking no A1216151661118, Your driver Mr.Mohd Shamshuddinn car No MH01BD5543 doesnt even respond to calls when I from front called him as if he is doing a favour on Me, around 10 calls go unanswered, then I call your call centre in a worry that I may miss my flight & then some dump call centre executive of yours tell I am transferring your call to IVR.
The IVR bullshit goes on & then finally I get a message that Sorry NO CABS are AVAILABLE at the moment, then all of a sudden I get a message your booking cannot be considered since No cab is available & then a message THANKS for taking Tab cab you get XXX amount voucher, .that doesn't end here.then I get a message also of my FARE for a travel I didnt even take.WHAT BULLSHIT SERVICE & SYSTEMS DO YOU HAVE WHERE YOU HAVE NO TRACKING OF WHETHER THE PASSENGER HAS EVEN TRAVELLED, YOUR CARELESS DRIVERS DONT RESPOND TO CALLS & THEN PICKS SOME PASSENGER UNDER MY BOOKING ID & THEN I GET A SMS STATING THE FARE & NONSENSE BON VOYAGE MESSAGE.WHAT THE HELL BON VOYAGE.& this is not the first time that I have faced this NONSENSE from TAB CAB I have got many instances where my booking is taken & at the last moment I get a message NO CABS AVAILABLE.TRUST ME I WONT TAKE TABCAB ANYTIME GOING FORWARD & WILL INFORM ALL MY FRIENDS & FAMILY TO NEVER TAKE THIS NONSENSE NON COMMITTED CAB SERVICE WHO HAVE NO IDEA HOW ARE THEIR SYSTEMS OR THEIR DRIVERS WORKING.
PATHETIC DISGUSTING SERVICE.I WOULD HAVE MISSED MY FLIGHT HAD I RELIED ON YOU DUMP PEOPLE WHO DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.NONSENSE PEOPLE
