I kept searching sites for review before deciding either on wego or activa. atleast we get test drives for wego from show rooms but for activa, guess if show room ppl respond properly is a credit. I had liked the looks of activa, but waiting period for activa made me go for wego. Been riding wego nearly a month and 1st service is in due... .
As I have not tried activa, I can give no comparison between the two. but must say wego has been so far good to me. I use super/premium petrol(which costs 3 rs extra than normal) and mileage is coming around 48km/ ltr. The vehicle balance is good, and you never realize the weight while driving, unless we loose balance! coz when u tend to slip or fall you realize that the vehicle is actually heavy;-)... must say pick up is good and fast. Centre stand is a must commendable as I always had problem with my previous vehicle, but for wego to place it on centre stand is a joy.
I even heard that wego is comfortable for shorter persons to handle when compared to activa as their legs can reach. Cons: About head light, the light is strong but am not satisfied with its focus and felt the same with my previous scooty. donno how it is with activa. guess none of these kinda 2 wheelers have best focus.another thing which I have noticed is when reaching above 50km/hr speed, the vehicle wobbles. feels as if a paper or plastic is held out while driving.. guess its coz of shape of vehicle from front which is not much wider. except these nothing more to say now , got to wait till 1st service is over. and now after so many days of driving with comfort, I have started liking the looks of wego :-)
