I had purchased a TVS wego from Haran TVS, Grant Road on 6th June 2010 on assurance that they are the best after sale service providers as they deal directly with the company.
But to my surprise I found that they dont even wash your bike when given for servicing. They take more than a month to replace the mirrors.
Even after getting a call from their side that your bike is ready and serviced when you go delivery they make you wait for an hour. I doubt that they even carry out basic service as mentioned in the instruction sheet overleaf the service coupon.
The wego scooter overall is good but due to bad after sales service I would advise don't purchase this scooter from HARAN TVS, Grant Road. Purchase form somewhere else as TVS Rocks!
