There are people you still prefer SPLENDOR. Splendor is not doubt a good bike. But technology makes a difference. For example, once upon a time Pentium II (computer) was preferred by everyone. A computer with Pentium II was the best, then came Pentium III even better and now Pentium IV the best and faster. Similarly Splendor is a good bike as Pentium II or Pentium III is. But today if you are given a option of Pentium III and IV at same cost, which one will you prefer? Definitely, Pentium IV. So Victor and Freedom are better than Splendor in all aspects (power, mileage and pickup).

I don't know what kind of mentality Indian educated people have. Why dont they accept the truth that Victor and Freedom are better than Splendor.

I don't understand why people say there is a problem in LML Freedom. If we compare Freedom and Victor, both are 109 cc, compression ratio is 9:1(freedom) and 9.3:1(victor), almost same. weight also nearly equal. Torque, power to wt ratio, bhp etc all are almost similar. The plus point in Freedom is more no. of features and they was used NGk cables, one of the best cables and all good & costly parts. LML has introduced several innovative features in the Freedom. One of them is the Hy-Vo silent chain (sourced from Borg-Warner, Germany) used in the engine instead of the standard roller silent chain. This will help reduce engine noise as well as remain quite tight unlike the standard roller which slackens with time. A four-speed gearbox suffices for transmission.

In fact LML Freedom is with Aluminium engine same as in Honda cars and a good example is Maruti Zen.

In Freedom, you can easy fit electric start, but in Victor, it will cost you more and is very difficult.

For reliable and decent Braking operations, LML has equipped the bike with 130mm drums in both its front and rear. This helps the bike to come to a halt from 60kmph in just 22.7m and 2.8seconds.

Mileage and pickup are also same. Both are reliable

Plus point in Victor is DIGITAL Ignition thats all, which is playing a major role. If you remove the Digital Ignition and use CDI ignition in Victor, I bet it is not going to perform as FREEDOM. In LML Freedom, you can replace the CDI ignition system with Digital Ignition, it hardly costs Rs 1400. This will improve the performance of Freedom (already a good performer) even better.

And I am sure LML is paying royalty to engine makers i.e Daelim, bike designer and all the other organizations with whom they are buying the parts and technology. Whereas Victor is indigenous, still the price is same. Just imagine the you are getting very costly thing at cheaper rate if you purchase Freedom and if you buy Victor, you are paying more for less price.

Victor does not have a complete chassis, the engine is stressed member.

No Doubt Victor is one of the best bike, but Freedom is equally good.

Both FREEDOM and VICTOR are TWINS. Both are best.
