It was our first bike and even when we sold it after 20 years, its pickup was like the new ones of today.
My father bought Suzuki Max 100 in 1991-92. It was the time when they had launched Max 100, Samurai and Shogun together. And they were the craze of the time because of their pickup.
Suzuki engines are like anything. You can mistreat them anyway and they will still keep working like a workhorse.
The engine would never give way. It would even go through knee deep water without getting off.
I have taken it to a top speed of 80 and it was still solid and maintained its stability like anything.
