We have been using TVS Start City ( green color) for almost 18 months for our family now. TVS has been my dad's favourite brand for long, so this is our 3rd bike from TVS. And I must say that my father's choice is very good because whenever I ride it, I feel the difference. The bike is so solid and fun to ride.
Although, this bike is a bit heavier than others ( ie. Splender, Platina etc) but this is a plus point because this helps when you ride it fast.
Height is also a bit higher than other, so not a good choice if you don't have legs that are tall enough.
Our Star City gives mileage of 60-65 km/litre in the city. And three people can sit on it very comfortably.
Caution! If you park your bike into home at nights and if your parking platform height is higher than 3 feet but you are not strong enough ( specially legs) then you should pass it in my opinion. Besides that this bike is total value for money. : -)
