My review is a true experience with this bike & should be positively taken. Though I own a Hero passion myself but I often exchange my bike with the one my friend has (TVS star sport model 2010) whenever its possible for me just because I feel much comfortable & smooth ride with TVS sport. Its engine sound is also pleasant.
Its fuel efficiency is around 55 - 60 kmpl (I make use of the clutch least, shift the gear only after attaining the proper speed band) according to my experience in city. It may give around 70 kmpl on highway.
The problem that I faced is its low pickup, you should be cautious during a highway overtake!
Overall, the bike can be treated best in its class when the budget is also a factor.
