I have TVS Scooty purchased last year in Nashik for my Dad since he is in his 70s and cant ride bike. I had very bad experience with the service center guys their in Nashik as they fooled my dad and charged 2300 rupees for one servicing after the free services expired and claimed that they had replaced brake pads, oil, air filter, battery wires etc etc. However the problem was battery, It was not auto started and that is why my dad took it to service station. They took 2 days and recharged the current battery and don't know what they did to charge so much of money. When dad went for delivery, they showed that every think is fine. When it came home and after 2 days it started giving same staring problem, I was there, I went to service station and asked for the previous work and asked to relate the brake pad, oil etc with the starting problem, those guys started fumbling and said it is routine work and it needs to be performed when the vehicle is not serviced for longer duration.
When I showed them the last servicing receipt the gap was only 1.5 months and total KM difference was only 429. When I asked them to call the manager, they started giving fake excuses like he is on leave and we will answer your problems and all that. Finally I went in and spoke to manager and explained everything to him. That is when he asked those guys to replace the battery. The manager Waived the battery charges(They already taken from dad infact).
This was a very bad incident and I will never go to those guys again,
Mileage: Good for City ride
Comfort: It is light as compare to activa and all new models so good for girls or aged people.
Reliability: Not at all
Road Grip: Do not take this on Highway since it is light, it will skid if a big truck pass by in speed.
Appeal: It has very trendy colors and attractive in look
