Well I am using or say we are using scooty pep+ from july 2010 as its easy to use by all member of house its lol thing that my father purchased this scooty in too much hurry like just picking cloth from drycleaner
actually he transferred to jaipur and suddenly need vehicle as office is 25 km away. we advice for hero honda pleasure on phone but he never find or searchout any nearby hero honda showroom and just enter in nearby tvs showroom and paid instantly and took out scooty to home .that means its just matter of chance we purchased it and hero motocorp bad luck that it lost one customer lol.
well come to point
look:- its good looking specially girly thing colorfull only one vehicle in india that color u can choose like color shade card hahahhahaha.not so bad but it look so girly thing ya thats I feel sometime odd sitting on it .speed: till now I checked out to 65 max I dont think more than it may be injurious for both of us scooty and rider
handling is somewhat that I feel sometime is not so good as iam bike rider that I can drive without even touching handle with two free hands but this scooty one is not easy to balance on sharp curve even with two hands as everytime I take turn from nearby road turn I need to either speed down it else take long curve turn as I easily turn my bike with speed and short turn .as compare to bike handling I never like .
noise well there is not so much engine noise but its ok
engine performance well what to say company advt ise it as pepy ride but from startting from first day I never feel zippyness and acceleration so good lol I always compare it with bike .but may be this one piece is not so good as even till now feel lag in ride .and its often matter of lol when me and my father both ride on it together we think it engine will be fail after 50 km as its give to slow acceleration after sitting two person my father weight 70 and me 80 means on 150kg its engine start showing power drop and on long ride of even single person like 25 km ride engine start giving burning smell but as said by tvs person its ok for this vehicle .
durability: thats also not so good two time its tappet cover seal that alone cost 100 rs in tvs service lol I change out my maruti 800 tappet cover when leaked it comes for just 50 rs lol scooty spare cost more than maruti 800 .second time clutch cover etc seal broken and another time shock absorber seal broken and km meter chain dead .soon light witch and than light bulb both front and back and than fuel guage dead .spark plug dead .all this on till 10000km reading ops sorry rear tube also worn out with boom while father riding it and rear tyres grip also gone tyre also need to be change soon as I think .
mileage: in starting 40-45 but now checked one time after service apx 55 kmpl as we ride it in economy mode its 90cc engine so I think as stated by tvs in service book its arai mileage is 68kmpl I think it may need to give 60 kmpl as other 110 cc tvs wego alone give 55 kmpl as per user .
Price at that's time it cost us 41 apx on road means it slight low price than hero honda pleasure but as per build quality of hero pleasure its price is bit too high as we already planned to take hero pleasure but by chance take this scooty pep.slight differ in price easily shift more person towards pleasure .
I need to change engine oil at every 2000-2500 km on service at tvs service centre near to me and tried mak 4t plus and servo 4t 900 ml in and tvs tru4 oil in it I dont feel differ in performance much as differ engine oil brand although in next service may be I put castrol activ scooter in it thats cost at present price all oil brand I put like
mak= 170/900ml
servo=200/900ml
tvs tru4=250
castrol activ scooter=230/800ml
well overall its meant for girl and a very delicate vehicle not meant for me type 80-90 kg build person if u
ride it delicately its good for daily commuting well cos also build this for girls not for us . but still I think its bit good to bet over hero pleasure
