BUYING SCOOTY PEP + IS A LIFE RISK- A PUPPY KILLER I have bought a scooty per plus last month may 2008 and I am driving it on my life risk. Buying this scooty was my life’s biggest mistake. It is a very bad experience and I do not know how to tackle all these problems moreover the TVS people are not giving any services.
From the day one this scooty is troubling us.(me and my sister) it has a side stand alarm which is not working in my scooty from the day one, its pick-up is worst and speed does not matter with the scooty as with full race it will run on 20 or either 30. imagine its engineering…!!!
And when you complaint about your scooty pep take care of your phone bill as they will keep on talking and talking and gave you silly excuses about problems. Imagine their services that they do not have a small burger part in their service station.
From day third it has problem with its self start and after number of complaints and services it is not cured in last 40 days.
It is dangerous as its engine got stops any where anytime at any speed threatening your life. This is a problem I facing since first week of buying this. It is really- really horrible when you are driving it on Delhi roads, a greatest life risk.
It is a piece of junk and not at all reliable any way. Especially when it is raining just never think about taking your scooty out as it is such a ‘chhui-mui’ it will not start after touching wet road. Even if it is not wet it won’t not start, if got anyway then will stop anywhere, brakes will got jam or will not work.
The TVS people just not give you any services and every time they will return your vehicle as it is without rectifying faults and will gave you silly excuses. They are just not careful about their customers after selling it.
We are in great trouble since we have bought it and still in process to get rid of all these problems.
According to me BUYING SCOOTY IS LIKE GIVING YOUR OWN ‘SUPARI’
SO BEWARE!!!
