I have had a Victor GL for about 2 years now... given the amount of initial success that was observed it can be safely deduced that it was all just a hype without real substance. Victor literally scores average grades in every single area of 4stroke bike and has some serious shortcomings that are very hazardous sometimes.
They inherently have starting trouble in cold weather.
They lack stability when riding over 70KMPL.
The tire design lacks seriously without grip and bad splash in rains on the drivers foot.
I fell it is an average bike that is not suitable for rough handling.
Ride it slowly on flat roads and maybe you can be sure of the bike health staying stable otherwise you might have a rattling piece of machinery like I have after 2 years of usage.
