I just wondering how the vehicle awarded for the best scooter of the year. I would like to share my experience with my brand new TVS jupiter. Last month I took my vehicle delivery from Sriganganagar TVS. Within two days I noticed Engine Valve tappet noise and petrol leakage from one of the outlet tube. I had informed to Sriganganagar TVS service centre and they taken my vehicle for Service. After three days they returned saying issue has been resolved. On the way back from Service station only I realized the issue was not resolved and engine noise is in much higher level than before and petrol overflow.
I had reported with service team and given my vehicle back for service again and after three days I got vehicle back from service centre yesterday. I had a doubt that they not rectified this issue because the outlet pipe was hidden inside the engine that the petrol leakage cant be visible. And petrol was leaking overnight.
Its quite simple to think how pathetic TVS service is, If they are not capable enough to resolve the issue. Just hide it.
