I bought a TVS Jupiter in 04/04/2016. It is good scooter with comfortable riding. Initially, there was no problem.But, the service center personnel contacted me to service the vehicle.
All the free services were made. But, after the free services were done all over and the scooter was brought to paid service. it is seen that the scooter was not even washed/cleaned properly. They intentionally charged for carburetor cleaning.
The problems started with the servicing done at their service center. 1. Mileage falls down. 2. Starting trouble low pickup . 3. knocking sound from the base/stand.
TVS should increase monitoring in their service centers. Quality has been deteriorated a lot as the unskilled manpower is there at the service centers.
