I would say that tvs jupiter is definitely a better choice than any other bike. I am a proud owner of this bike. its mileage is good enough of 50kmpl. it also has a usb charger. Being a two wheeler, yes there is some issue in comfort level for long journey but in short distances it is fine. It has nice road grip even in any rainy weather. it has 1 year gone, and I didn;t come across any problem through my journey on it. Easy to drive and good suspension soccer. It is totally reliable product, not to worry of any kind of thing while purchasing it.
