I was having Kinetic challenger for more than 6 years, then I exchanged with this bike. From the moment I bought this bike, I never experienced a good ride in this. No good performance I have seen and it is not capable of giving even the normal performance. I would say it is a very very waste bike instead U can better walk or get a bicycle which are better than this bike. All the problems which you have never heard in bikes will come in this bike, within 3 months, an ultimate bike only meant for problems.
Ever since I started using the bike, I have been facing starting problems. The auto start (electric start) failed to work properly especially in the mornings. I should mention at this point that many of my friends had also mentioned this problem. But my unshakable faith in TVS and the style blinded me to this reality.The next problem started after the second service at Goodwill TVS. This was after 2 months from the date of purchase (Jan’10 onward). The engine started making strange noises, similar to coins rolling inside an empty vessel. The personnel at the GOODWILL TVS service center were also clueless as to what the problem was.
When I was approaching , the bike simply stalled and shut down like a computer out of power. Left stranded, I was forced to do the last thing that anyone would want to do – get down and push this pathetic bike in the middle of the the horrible Friday evening traffic in Chennai all the way to some mechanic shop.The first thing the mechanic noted was the engine calling the residents of the neighborhood like this guy in villages who would announce meetings with drums. When I revealed the identity of the bike to the mechanic, he asked how I ended up buying such a pitiable bike and that a cycle would have been a better option. He inspected the bike and told me the battery was gone and needs to be replaced. I am now unable to use the lights/indicators/autostart. I am really shocked by the performance of this bike. It has only been 4 months now since I got this bike. The response from the Goodwill service centre has been equally disturbing. Overall I have lost trust in the quality of TVS.
Now one day, I replaced the battery in GOODWILL TVS, but again the next day the bike got shutdown., total battery off. I dont know when can I resolve this problem. I think it cannot be resolved.
So better don't buy this product or even think of buying this bike.
