I bought this bike on 2011 and sold it on 2016. initially before riding the bike, I doesn't like this bike, because of its look & feel. but when I ride my friend's bike, I still felt nothing initially, but later slowly when I started riding other bikes, then I realized the true value of TVS Apache.
Apache pickup is awesome, it runs like a leopard. No bike can overtake it. I became the road king. Since then I became fan of Apache bike. I love riding this bike than any other bike.
Mileage comes around 40km/ltr. but for such a pickup that mileage is really very good.
I always felt very comfortable while riding this bike. even for long rides, or while climbing mountains. with doubles or triples. it always runs very softly & comfortable. as if it is running on the plain ground & single.
Coming to reliability, its much better than any other bike I know, because my bike has both front & rear disc brakes. once I was riding at very high speed, then suddenly one bus just occupied my space completely, I thought I am going to break some of my joints. but brakes both disc brakes stopped my bike at unbelievable short time & distance. if at that time bike doesn't stop, I would have definitely lost some of my body parts and get hospitalized. that's really awesome. so reliability is just awesome.
This bike may not have good appeal, but has got lot lot more than that. I mean even if we fall down any where, the bike doesn't get much damaged. so it really counts lot more than the appeal. isn't it
