Apache will be a flop. Review on TVS Apache 150

Apache is a cosmetic make-over of TVS Fiero which failed miserably, TVS R&D could not even copy SUZUKI FIERO Technology well. Some experienced bikers still feel that SUZUKI FIERO is still the best 150cc on Indian road and TVS Fiero the worst 150cc. Apache has same heart as that of failed TVS fiero, but the engine/cylider/gearbox blocks are attractively cast/forged. Apache winning the bike of the year is questionable, as it recieved the award even before putting a SINGLE production bike on road. TVS wants to ramp up production only based on response from customers. Neverthless the response has been far below expectated with only 'New Kids on the block' booking it for it's killer look. Very few TVS owners are looking at Apache as an upgrade.

TVS can never be trusted, they sell by Dhoni & Tendulkar and not good quality bikes. It is learnt that some of the parts for recently launched bikes are sourced from second rate suppliers. They are not even fitting original TVS fasteners (which are world famous for quality). Even the reviews on MS show that in-experienced/Ist time college goer's are praising only it's look and how the bike is able to turn heads of public. Unicorn is much better than Apache, but if Bajaj takes good initiatives on quality & service then Pulsar is also a good choice.

People who are reading this review by chance please note that I was banned by MOUTHSHUT after writing this REVIEW in 2006, due to pressure from VESTED interest !! THIS BIKE LIVED UPTO MY TITLE and FLOPPED within 2 years after it's launch !!!!!
