Hi Everyone,
I am a proud owner of Apache for more than a month now and already done with 1500kms. I took the bike for a long drive to Nangingud (40kms from Mysore). The total distance was 165kms. Now guess how fast could I have gone on that bike??? I reached 120kms/hr without any vibrations or any kind of fear. I was able to overtake most of the cars without any problem. Infact for a short period I gave a tough fight to Innova. Now thats called Reliability. As far as Handling and controlling goes no bike can beat this. It just moves like a samuria playing his sword. I had to brake hard twice and there was no sign of any skid or whatsoever. Overall the bike rocks and I am just planning to take her for my next long drive (that would Kabini forest). The very reason I am proud of this bike is because this is my first bike every bought for my self. Well I have a Spledour and Bajaj Wave under my name but never used them.
It does have a cons like vibrations which carries to the front dome. The Dome plastics starts making noise once ur above 70kmph. I kinda of found a solution for that by stuffing some thermocol there. No sound after that.
However the changes I have done to my bike is that I am using a syenthetic engine oil and I am using only Speed97 petrol for my bike.
