I have had the TVS Victor since 2003 and I am happy to say that apart from regular servicing I have not had to do any mechanical work on this motorcycle. I got this motorcycle to ride across South Asia with another friend of mine. During the entire 20, 000 km tour of India, Nepal, Myanmar(Burma), and Bangladesh the motorcycle did not give any problems - not even a flat tire. I averaged 90-110 km/ hr on Golden Triangle highways. The motorcycle returned a good mileage of 50-55 kmpl which is impressive considering the fact that we rode through all kinds of terrain, roads, and weather including icy Himalayas and searing hot deserts.
After completing the tour I have continued to use the motorcycle and it has served me very well. To say that I am happy with the motorcycle would be an understatement. I am delighted by the machine and would not want to give it up any time soon.
