: SERVICES : The Bank provides following services apart from regular and


traditional banking services Technology : On the Technology front, Bank has implemented successfully the Core Banking Solution ( CBS) developed by M/s Infrasoft Technologies Ltd. This has helped us to migrate the Branches from being the processing centers to marketing customer's centric outfits. It will also extend the Bank's reach to its customers by multiple delivery channels such as ATM, Internet, and Mobile etc. This has brought us on a par with the leading technology Banks. TJSB is the first Bank in Co-Operative sector to install Cheque Depository Machines at 64 branches, which are operational 24 x 7. TJSB is the first Bank to install Cheque Book Making and Dispensing Machine at Naupada - E-Lobby by which customers can avail the facility of issuance of Personalized Cheque Book, which is operational 24 x 7.


TJSB Sahakari Bank has also introduced Mobile Banking Facility through SMS alerts through which


the customers will know the balance and latest three transactions of the account on their mobile phone.


TJSB Sahakari bank has put in place Real Time Gross Settlement System ( RTGS) transactions. Now since the Core Banking Solution is in place the Bank will be in a position to provide RTGS facility to its customers. Customers will be able to make and receive payments to and from counter parties through the RTGS from any branch of the Bank.

Customer Contact Centre – TJSB has started Customer Contact Centre ( CCC) at Madhukar Bhavan, Road No 16, Wagle Estate, Thane 400 604. The CCC is provided with a toll free number 1800 223 466. The CCC is open between 10: 00 am to 7: 00 pm from Monday to Friday & 10: 00 am to 2: 00 pm on Saturday. The CCC is as present undertaken following customer related activities:

· Overdue Follow-up · Visa Card Hotmarking 24x7 General Insurance : The bank has entered into a strategic tie up with Oriental Insurance Co. a leading Co. in the Insurance business. With this, the bank will be able to market various insurance products across the counter. Bancassurance : TJSB is having arrangement with Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd. for Life Insurance products.


TJSB's bancassurance is recognized as one of the most successful bancassurance in the country. Foreign Exchange Business To deal with import-export credit needs of the customers, the bank has made special arrangements with the nationalized/private and foreign banks. All branches are allowed to accept NRE deposits. Full- fledged


money-changing facility available at 11 branches namely Main, Naupada, Wagle Estate, Rabodi, Vashi, Mulund, Ghatkopar, Pune, Nasik, Vileparle & Dombivli wherein customers can encash their foreign currency & travelers cheques. Also businessmen traveling for business tours and families traveling for leisure tours will get foreign exchange


in the form of American express traveler’s cheques, as per the RBI Rules. Correspondent Banking Arrangements Correspondent Banking Arrangements TJSB Sahakari for speedy realization of outstation cheques has entered


into correspondent banking arrangement with HDFC Bank through which outstation instruments are collected under Gatiman Yojana. Similarly, under correspondent Banking arrangements with HDFC Bank, branches of TJSB Sahakari can issue demand drafts over the counters on select centers, under Gatisheel Yojana.


Gatiman Yojana : Cheques drawn on HDFC Bank's centers could be realised within 7 working days.


Gatisheel Yojana : Customers can get Demand Drafts of HDFC Bank's over the counters of our Branches. Safe Deposit Lockers.
