I frequent TGIF in Gurgaon. Ambience always suits the mood. It has price all of its items with a premium. No issue with that. What bothers is that sometimes service personnel dare to steal the personal space by standing close to the table. No worry, have a watch on the customer's requirement, but it should be without annoying them.
Should be more careful about the service glass of drinks. At times they lack styles.
The segment, the restaurant chain target to is usually for freak out. So special care should be taken to keep that mood up. It’s not a pub. It’s a premium bar cum restaurant with a theme n style. Service is an important aspect of restaurant business. Service boys are really nice and caring. I guess, it’s the management that could not convey the seriousness of giving space to customers.
Yes, the glasses, in which they serve cocktail, sometimes lack styles. They don’t match up to the mood.
