Well, only I know what I am going through cause of T24! ..... Firstly I would like to describe how I fell for T24 while there are so many better service providers around! So, I landed in Pune some 2 Yrs back and was still using my Del number and was waiting to buy a Maharashtra sim, hence while shopping at BigBazaar when these T24 guys handed over the sim to me which was free of cost I thought it saved me time n money to go buy a sim and started using T24, least did I know that this was only a trap which T24 uses to get customers as nobody! absolutely nobody would buy their Sim's! Anyway, the Network coverage was vry pathetic but I still put up with it as the thought of changing the number and updating it everywhere seemed a big trouble so I somehow kept using T24 for some 2 yrs!
Well, coming to the real issue, my sim is Blocked by these guys since yesterday evening and when I called their paid customer service , YEs! their customer service is paid and u end up spending alot there as the guys are utter dumb and only speaks in Hindi even when u select the language option as English! and are really inefficient, would keep you on hold for hours together and still won't resolve your issue!
Taking my case, I called them last eve and asked them to unblock my sim and I get to hear that I would need to submit my verification docs! when I said I am using this num since 2 yrs and all verifications are done the dumb guy still kept insisting me to visit the counter and submit documents! Also, just to mention T24 does not have any managers where u can escalate the issues! I asked this person to transfer the call to his manager and he never did! he transferred the call to his colleague who further irritated and frustrated me with his stupid logics!
I gathered some patience and tried calling these again today and now I get to know that I was the one who asked for blocking my own sim and now I will have to buy a new sim! CAN U BELIEVE THIS????? and none of my arguments and logics are working here, they are adamant saying 'shama chahte hain madam lekin aapko naya sim lena hoga' :( I really dunno whether I laugh here or cry as I have updated this number everywhere and it would be great issue to update a new one and I am expecting some very imp calls :( I am left in a lurch and really dunno if it would be possible to get this number ported to some other service provider whilst it is blocked!
Well, I am utter frustrated but still jotting down this review as I don't want any other person to fall prey of T24 and suffer like me! pls guys there are many many great services available so don't go for this idiotic T24 just because they offer their useless sim for free and then try to lure you with benefits like getting talktime on your Bigbazar bills! That is all nonsense! u can imagine how much u will suffer with their bakwaas network, stupid dumb customer service and heights of unprofessional-ism like blocking your sim when you are working and have ur number updated everywhere! Sigh! .....
So, remember! T24! a BIG NO! .....
