I am trying to recharge my T24 mobile from the Vendor. However I am not able to recharge my mobile with the free balance provided by Big Bazaar or top up.
I have called customer care number 52121 and after 2 verbal calls I've been told first to wait for 48 hrs then again for 72 hrs. then when I tried again today I was told that the number entered was wrong. Its been a week now and a great inconvenience for me.
I am frantically trying to get some information related to my SIM. I had some urgent online transaction to be made, but since it required getting OTP on my registered phone number, I am unable to carry on any transaction thus giving me loss and bad image to my parties. I sent online complaint but no response. I talked to the customer care executive who after lengthy discussion said she has no solution. She even said we don't have provision to register complaint on phone. Ridiculous and outrageous.
DO NOT BUY THIS TOTALLY WORST CONNECTION!
