I have been a T-Mobile pre-paid custmer for 7 years. Even though I do not have a contract they are always helpful. Overall their people know their jobs and get you answers and reslve your problems, or mine anyway. They are couteious and the store level people are also helpful. Check out their FLEX-PAY service. Done right its as cheap as the garbage providers like Metro-Pcs.
With T-Mobile you get good coverage, knowledgeable people and actual customer service (even if you have problems) Stay away from places like Metro Pcs go with a good provider. You will be happier in the long run. I have had nothing but grief with Metro Pcs since they are rude and crude. Employees are stupid have obviously no expertise and are very unhelpful. T-Mobile is the exact opposite. Their people are courtious, knowledgeable and helpful, even if you have problems. They have actual customer service. I would recommend the Flex Pay plan to anybody that wants a real service provider that treats their customers with respect. Great company to do business with.
