Last night I went 1st time to this restaurant along with my two friends with a lot of hope.But the experience was not up to the mark. I will mention the details of the experience one by one.T-Grill stand for Telangana Grill.Here one can get Telangana style Veg and Non-Veg.
Ambience:
The ambience is good I can say. At the entrance, the small greenery is also attractive. The allocation of tables is very spacious. Lightning is also as it should be required.The place is not so crowded as we enter. But by 8 pm the seats were full. It seems to be more than average crowded.
Food and Presentation:
We ordered Chicken Sweet and Sour Soup, Chicken Tikka, Biryani Rice, Chicken Curry, Salad and Cold Drink.
Chicken Sweet and Sour Soup: The soup was good in taste. A regular taste it has.There was no such presentation on it.
Chicken Tikka: The Chef came himself to serve the Tikka from the stick. The presentation of Tikka was done on a plate embellish with the salad of onion, carrot and cabbage. The taste was mouth-melting. This was the only dish which I liked most here.
Biryani Rice: The Biryani Rice is generally basmati rice cooked with spices. The rice I do not like much. The taste was strong and the rice was overcooked. There was no presentation over the rice serving pot. I was little disappointed to order it. Better I would have ordered Butter Naan to accompany with Chicken Curry.
Chicken Curry: This was the most disappointing part of the order.The presentation was good though severed in a traditional tray the chicken and gravy both were apart. It was looking like they have boiled the chicken and then bring a boiled in the pre prepared gravy and the taste was also the same way it was looking like. It was a mood dip into down.
Salad: A plate of salad full of cucumber, onion, carrot, green chillies and capsicum.There was no special presentation over salad. With salad, one can play with the presentation. But yes the salad was well organised on the plate.
Customer Service:
I am heartily disappointed by the service rendered by the staffs there. We reached there by 6:30 pm. The timing of the restaurant starts from 7 pm. But till 7 pm, no one took charge or asked water at least. We gave the order at 7 pm. We got our soup at 7:20 pm. They served it without sauces and vinegar. We have to ask many times to serve it. After one serve of the main course, the waited for didn't bother to get back to our table. Here as the food was also not up to the mark and the service was also highly disappointing. For the payment also we have to call the waiter. As they were not able to manage the crowd of that day it seemed.
Value of Money:
I paid a total of INR 1290. I believe that it is a waste of money as well as time. The food is also not up to the mark which will pull me come again here. I would have gone to any other restaurant where I already have been.This all struck at my mind while ending up the dinner.
So my experience was not so good as much I was expecting to enjoy. But the food and service ruined our mood at the end of the day. I do not prefer to come here again. It may be that it happens unfortunately with me.So if any one wants to try and taste they can surely go at least once.
