I brought this shaver a month ago. I was looking for a replacement for my Philips Shaver At 620. I have always used Philips shaver for the past 18 years. I would say the quality is excellent and value for money after buying Syska. As compared to Philips Aqua Touch AT 610 and 620 the performance is poor though it is costlier.


The shaver battery runs out with three days. The blades take time to sharpen. Therefore for first three weeks or so you will have to shave with the syska and then shave again with your blade razor! For getting a smooth shave, the trick is shave in circular motion rather than straight up or down. Also move down along the jawlines for smooth shave. Also the product quality is extremely poor. The logo on the rotary blade came off within a month. This has left a deep hole in the blade, I contacted the customer care and they replied back that since it is a cosmetic damage, they will not replace it.


Update: They took the Shaver for replacement. It has been a month that I received the replacement. They don't reply emails and the tele executive does not give any assurance of redressal or service.
