My mob. No. 1608084040 for insurance claim detail. My mob was lost in 03-Aug-2016, I have FIR copy for the same. When phone lost I have immediate given information to shop owner and he requested me to get all the documents, bills. also informed syska helpdesk number on 08-Aug-2016( within 48 working hours)
Syska is fraud company. there is time frame of 30 days however syska rejected my claim by saying that I have not informed syska within 48 hours.
I talked with customer care executive 3 times no satisfactory answer from them and not received money which invest by me due to your company. It kind request to solve this issue as quick as possible.
Syska is fraud Company and making money and not giving claim to general public.
