I've more than nine years experience and worked in 5 companies. Syntel is the first one who treats their employees as a slaves. Resources, who are good at particular technology or domain, are not deployed in right place instead they are placed according to client requirement no matter of technical skills and experience.
TSG team is good for nothing they don't even know how to install Microsoft outlook in new systems.
Another worst thing to say is PDAC team.They are good for nothing. They always treat resources as slaves and thieves; moreover, most of resources are experienced with their arrogant behavior.
I sincerely suggest that any new aspirant who is looking for growth in his career not to join this use less company.
From 1st week of March 2015 on wards Syntel starts firing resources with no reason because 3 major accounts are gone because of thumb rule managers.
Bottom line is DON'T JOIN SYNTEL. STILL IF YOU WANT TO JOIN RISK OF LIFE IS IN YOUR HAND.
