I joined Synechron 2.5 years back as a Junior Associate in the Java team and today I work as a Associate on a banking project at Pune office. I must say that joining this company has been the best decision I taken till date. The company is very caring and friendly people around. The best is that I and lot of people get to learn so many new things everyday that I enjoy everyday at work. The training program is very good and keeps us updated with the changing market trends. Female employees are very cared and respected here. Boys also but girls are more cared:) Recently the company organized Health check up for all employees free of cost. I feel this is great example set by the company for employee welfare. The company owners and management is very good.

I keep recommending Synechron to all my friends and family. I have not just gained knowledge here but I have got lot of respect as well here.
