I have a saving account in syndicate bank, sadar bazar, Gurgaon. My experience is very bad with this bank. Internet banking is not pathetic. Whenever I try to use the ATM to withdraw, it never works in bank ATM. It takes a lot of time to do any kind of work in bank itself.
Recently I went to change my address as I changed my rented house but bank officer asked me ridicules question that "why I want to change my address?. .I said-.Is my choice and right to change latest details in my account.Finally He refused to change my address. Now, I am planning to close that saving account.
Private banks are much better then government banks.
