I would like to give my review on syndicate online service. I would say it is very slow and pathetic.
I visited this bank around six month back and decided to open an account. But it was really difficult to go till bank for every work. So, I decided to opt for e-banking service. I got a user name and password. Their manager helped and guided me to start with internet banking service.
I reached home, and same day I tried doing login with given user name and password, it was showing incorrect username/password. I tried approx 5 times, it got blocked. I went to bank next day, they asked me to wait for 3 days and then it will start working. He also gave me profile password also. Manager said it will start working in 3 days. But till now, there is no sign of neither username, password nor profile password. I Really had a bad experience. And I still go to bank to do money transfer. it is Really a bad service provided by syndicate bank.
