1st and foremost: WORST BANK EVER u can think or imagine.of the greatest black mark is the one at Mugappair west.they should have left a very poor column for the customer care.the idiots who r sitting there r actually creatures who spoil the reputation of the bank or the entire system n country I suppose.
Felt like slapping one of the over showoff elderly bugs(he calls himself as senior or next position to manager).wish he reads it.to the top officials at syndicate bank, its time that u take necessary action against ur uncivilized employees who don't even know wat is customer service.
Kindly teach them or let them learn again from their LKGs in d school wat respect n manners is.actually u people are not busy as other banks y u showoff as busy bees when ur actually workless.
