I had an account with Syndicate bank branch of mehdipatnam. I had a disappointing experience and here's my review of it:
PHONE BANKING AND INTERNET BANKING - This bank does not have a good internet banking service. You cannot shop online with their debit/credit card. They do not provide you a VBV Password, nor a good online banker identity. So if you are going to make lots of online transactions, then I would not recommend u to bank from syndicate bank.
ATM Availability - Very poor! You have very few syndicate atm's in a metro city like hyderabad. ATM's are available from a gap of approx 10km and there are hardly 5-10 atm's in the city.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - Customer service is very bad as they delay you in providing cheque books. I got my first debit card in a span of a month. I made many rounds of the bank before I could get one. You are made to stand in queues just for simple withdrawals.
I would not recommend you to create an account in this bank
