I opted for this credit card because I have a saving bank account with Syndicate bank about five years ago. Overall, service is good but I have the following problems:
To opt for automatic deduction of payment of credit card dues from my Syndicate bank saving bank account, I have to send an application by snail mail. I have internet banking but can't do it online. can't do this by phone or by email. I can't understand this!
Online payment to websites outside India not allowed for security reasons. BIG NO-NO.
Sometimes, online payment by this credit card fails because I don't get the confirmatory number by sms or email on time. Causes big waste of time.
I hope someone from Syndicate Bank is reading this and takes remedial action.
