I would not suggest this product to anyone, its really bad, I purchased this product for my phone after some days myphone got stolen from my laptop bag when I was travelling through metro, I lodged a FIR and then submitted copy to syncNscan they took around 1 week, after 1 week they called me and said the case is of simple theft so you are not eligible for claim, they cheat people so guys please dont purchase insurance from this company go for someone else.
