Bought this cooler last year in the month of June online from snapdeal. Customer support was given at home as an engineer came to my home and installed this cooler and told everything about the cooler. Quality of plastic is good as it feels sturdy. Water capacity is 56 litres and last long till morning. Dura pump technology is very good. Throws cool air all night and very silent cooler. Power consumption is also very low like I am using a ceiling fan. I bought it for 11500/- and it is total value for money product. If you want a cheap Ac for your small room, then go for it. Thanks
