Hi friends I will share my experince on electronic symphony winter cooler . This app has given me achance to share my experience in it.
I bought this cooler in this year 2017 and after few months cooler pump creating pfoblem so I call service center number iy ws difficult task to call symphony customer care any ways I called them and registered my complain.
Serivice
After 3days engineer visit to my house and told me that me that your water pump is not workig they will change it because it come with 1 years warranty he changed my water pump.
After few days again now fan blade get broken this time again I has a call service center and follow all instructions this time they charged me rs 350 rs for fan blade. But purchesing they told me that it would be free of service in warranty condition. After few month it again giving problem some un pleasent sound coming out of swing motor I complained it it was under warranty .
I haved register about 5 times in 6 months. I told them that it is giving so problem plz exchange it.
They told told we cant do that. The quality of the the product is very bad water tank of cooler got lick at the bottom so water was leaking throught it put there mseal on it. It happens due to continous opened for repairing it. As it is taking money but cooldnot give good service or product I will never buy of this product.
Grass of the cooler is not good and you never feel that it gives you proper air. I got in in loss at starting only it is giving worst serive . After warranty I will in great loss . So after I selled to it .
