I bought symphony winter air cooler in tamil nadu madurai for Rs. 11000/-. it works well. cooling is good. it cools the room. I read reviews, many persons says that the water circulating bump fails often / within a week / month and so on. but I found that, in order for water circulating bump, we should keep the water level above the pump so that the pump is immersed in the water, then only the chance of failure is less.
I keep posting about the performance from time to time.
