New Cooler Pump Stopped working| Worst Service Exp

We have purchased  Symphony(Winter i) on 15th April but to our surprise, pump stopped working just after three days. We as a hopeful customer filed complaint to your assigned service center and expectedly we received service Engineer who changed the impeller of the pump. We started to believe that now it would work fine and it would solve our intended purpose of Air cooling.


But, Symphony did everything to beat our expectations and pump stopped working just after another three days. We again as a sincere customer acted in good faith and filed complaint. Though, Service Engineer visited after three days and he recommended( initially he was clueless about fault) pump to be replaced and his boss(In-charge of Bareilly) assured us that we get clearance of installing new pump by 1st May( next day) but he kept on making false promises as Service Engineer visited 3rd May( and that too after several calls). We as a loyal customer of Symphony thought that this would be end of our misery and finally we would get cooled air as proclaimed in media communication.


But Symphony could never leave any stone unturned to disappoint us. Your service Engineer brought faulty pump again on the name of newly issued pump( They claimed that it is issued by Lucknow People). Now, I am completely hopeless and feeling that my 13k investment is nothing but waste. People buy cooler so that they can sleep comfortably but after buying Symphony, we couldn't sleep comfortably. I believe we were better without cooler. I want to ask upfront that it's our fault that we trusted your brand and invested our hard earned money? I have bought new cooler but it has been repaired more than twice and still it's not working properly. Don't you think that it would be better if I have invested less money in buying some lesser known brand? We believe that swift action would be taken and our  cooler would get replaced soon.
