I bought this product in punjab for my grandmother keeping in mind the summer 2016. In two months we had to call thw support person 3 times to check the cooling effect. It blow air very fast but the point is it blows warm air. Even if you put ice cubes in it, still it was blowing warm air due to this I was scolded by my parents since the cooler was not even able to cool my 150 sq. ft. Room.
The customer service is bad and you have to call them as many times as you can to get them to look after your product. Guys this cooler is just a wind blower please dont buy it.
