Everybody knows that summer season is coming and everybody needs fans, coolers, to stay cool in summer. I also want to cool in summer season so, I bought Symphony Touch 35 35- Litres cooler. First time I on this cooler It doesn't on so, I complained in their customer care then they are showing me their rules and policies and taking too much time. So their service and support is very bad. After Two week they replaced it and when I on this it doesn't giving cool air and produce too much sound which is very irritateble.
Symphony coolers are not reliable and does not satisfy their customers because of their irritateble sound and malfunction. And last one the Symphony coolers are so costly. The rate of Symphonic Touch 35 litres is 13, 000 INR which is too costly and everybody cannot afford it. So I recommend you to not to buy Symphony Coolers.
