Dear Symphony & consumer Forum,
I would Like to bring to you your service after sales.I am living in ahmedabad at Gota area. My symphony storm I70 not working properly, so I called service center they send 2 persons which they told me needed some parts to run the cooler. So they brought new purchased parts, which I have given them money of full amount. Now they say they don't know the problem of not working the cooler.I have been calling and messaging them but non of your service center try to associate with me about my cooler which they already taken the money for parts.
I have been misguided from your service center, and try to make my more and more expenses on it. since now Rs 5000 I have given them though My problem isn't solved. As executive doesn't know how to repair the cooler and mismatch the settings in cooler and my cooler stopped working.Now saying us that you had to bring this part for this repair.

Non of the executive & manager reply proper answer regarding our query, and Mr ramesh patel and Bhavin Shah. They refuse to give service to us.
