I purchased 100i tower cooler in April 2014 - cooler stopped working in May-14. After marathon chase to company & customer care over social media - it got fix by June-14.


Again this summer 2015, motor/fan stopped working - have raised the complaint and waiting for service.


It is worth to buy a AC rather buying a Storm which may appeal you aesthetically but it is not value for the money. Regretting my decision to buy Symphony Storm 100i.Sunk cost.
