Hi,
I want to share my experience with Symphony Jumbo Desert Air Cooler and I have purchased this in March 2015 and the working of this air cooler is not great and the air is limited to very small area and the problem is it stopped working after ten days from the date of purchase and there is heavy noise problem with this air cooler.
Service and the Support:
The service and the support provided is very poor and the air cooler is not working in a great manner and they take more time to repair the air cooler.
Cooling and the Sound:
The cooling effect is very low and it is limited and it doesn't spread the air like the air conditioner and the sound is very high and it makes me sometimes to wake up from the sleep.
The value of money:
The value of money is very high and when compared to other brands and they are available in less cost only and I feel it is not worthy.
Quality and the Durability:
The Quality and the durability of this air cooler is very low and the operation is very easy and it occupies the very large amount of space.
